Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly/PRN
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on an "as needed" basis at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.
This is an hourly position with no benefits.
- Knowledge of medication administration
- Ability to transcribe orders
- Work directly with patients and assist Registered Nurses in all nursing duties
- Observe and document patient behavior
Positions available on various units/departments:
A Current Georgia license to practice as a licensed practical nurse
Preference will be given to those who, in addition to meeting the above qualifications, also possess the following:
- One year of experience working as an LPN
- Experience in psychiatric nursing care
/ hour. This is an hourly position with no benefits associated.
