Project Manager |

This position is in the Information Technology Division and will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate business processes, upgrade or modify existing systems and review system-wide capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the DBHDD project team and will be ultimately accountable for completion of DBHDD responsibilities and for ensuring the project meets its primary objectives within budget
Leads the project team in creating an overall project plan
Manages project using standard project management tools and techniques including:
- Project tracking
- Planning
- Phase/document sign off
- Defining/executing project milestones
- Identification and management of project issues/risks
- Scheduling reporting
Serves as the liaison between project team and executive leadership
Development/execution of a communication and change management plan

Bachelors degree in a related field and three years of related experience OR Associate degree/vocational certificate in a related field and five years of related experience OR One year of experience at the lower level or position equivalent
|
Over 4 years experience managing technical implementations to include development, testing, training and deploying training information technology systems
Strong leadership skills and experience
Customer-focused professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in team-building and facilitating groups
Willingness to travel within the State of Georgia
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience working with healthcare hospital teams
